ARKA Holdings & Investments, Inc. is committed to making https://arkaholdings.ai usable by the widest possible audience, including people who use assistive technology. We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and treat accessibility as part of ongoing engineering work, not a one-time audit.

• Build on a shadcn / Radix design system that ships with accessible primitives for dialogs, menus, tabs, forms, and tooltips.
• Maintain semantic structure, sufficient color contrast against the dark canvas, focus styles on every interactive control, and a 'skip to main content' link on every page.
• Respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting for animated marketing sequences.
• Provide alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
• Test with keyboard navigation and screen-reader walkthroughs during development.

Some of the cinematic marketing sequences include rich motion and 3D content that may not be fully equivalent for every assistive technology. Where that is the case, we provide a static text and diagram alternative nearby. If you encounter content that is not usable for you, please let us know — we treat reports as priority bugs.

We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five business days and to land a fix or workaround as quickly as practical. Reports help us prioritize improvements and are always welcome.

Some embedded tools (for example, the scheduling provider) are operated by third parties. We choose vendors that publish their own accessibility commitments but do not control their interfaces. If a third-party surface blocks you, contact us and we will work with the vendor or provide an alternative path.
